Metric Finishing Washers, also known as Countersunk Washers, are designed as an alternate method of preparing a flat surface for use with Countersunk Screws. Finishing Washers are primarily used for aesthetic reasons, or to convert countersunk components for use with flat surfaces.

These components are stamped out of a sheet of Stainless Steel, giving them a thin and lightweight construction. Finishing Washers are generally used for light-duty and aesthetic applications, for a solid variant of this product, please see Accu's Solid Countersunk Washers range.

Materials

These components can be manufactured from Accu’s full range of materials, including Aluminium, Brass, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK THermoplastic. Chemical Matte Black Coatings can also be applied to all Stainless Steel components.

Metric Finishing Washers

Finishing Washers are available in metric sizes of between M3 and M10. Non-standard sizes can also be custom manufactured on customer request.
