What Is AccuPro?
AccuPro gives UK customers unlimited free Express (next-day) delivery on all eligible orders for 12 months, for a one-off fee of £30 excl. VAT.
This is not a subscription; there are no recurring payments and no minimum order value.
AccuPro is a fair-use service; terms and conditions apply.
Is AccuPro A Subscription Service?
AccuPro is not a subscription and has no recurring payments.
It is a single one-off charge for 12 months of unlimited free UK Express deliveries on eligible orders.
Is There A Minimum Order Value For AccuPro Deliveries?
There is no minimum order value. AccuPro members get free Express delivery on every eligible UK order.
What Orders Are Eligible For AccuPro Delivery?
AccuPro delivery is available exclusively for UK express shipments.
To qualify, your order must weigh 30kg or less and measure no larger than 35cm × 30cm × 30cm (or 1 metre for tubes). International addresses and timed shipping options are not eligible.
What Delivery Services Does AccuPro Cover?
AccuPro covers UK Express (next-day) delivery only. It does not include international shipping or UK timed options such as Express Plus (before noon) or Express Saturday.
For ineligible shipments, Accu reserves the right to charge a delivery fee even if the account has an active AccuPro membership. Contact us for more information.
Will AccuPro Be Applied To All Accounts In My Company?
AccuPro membership is linked to an individual Accu account (registered to a single email address), not to a company-wide account.
Each user who wants AccuPro needs their own membership.
What Is AccuPro (US)?
AccuPro is Accu’s Unlimited Express Delivery membership.
AccuPro is available exclusively to US customers for a one time charge of $120 USD, unlocking express delivery for 1 year on all orders over $50 USD.

Is There A Minimum Order Charge For AccuPro Deliveries?
Yes, with AccuPro you will receive free express delivery on all orders over $50 USD.

No, AccuPro is not a subscription service and there are no recurring payments.
AccuPro is a one off charge for free unlimited express deliveries on all orders (over $50 USD) for 12 months.
Are There Any Exemptions Where AccuPro Cannot Be Used?
AccuPro is available for express delivery in the US only. This means International and timed shipping options are not available for free with AccuPro.
For palletised or bulky shipments, Accu Limited reserves the right to charge customers a delivery fee, even if they have AccuPro.

If My Company Purchases AccuPro, Will This Automatically Be Applied To All Business Accounts?
No, AccuPro membership can only be added to an individual account. This is because all Accu accounts are set up against an individual email address, not a linked company account.
